Firebird Launch Sign-Up

We invite you to register below to attend one of our Firebird Launch Pre-Orientation events (required step for all students prior to their arrival on campus in fall 2025). This event is exclusive to students who have submitted their enrollment deposit.

The program begins at 8:45 a.m. Central Time and ends at noon. (Check in is 8:15-8:45 a.m.) An optional lunch (our treat!) is available at noon, followed by an optional campus tour at 12:45 p.m.

You and your parents/guests will learn more about such areas as the Carthage curriculum, guided career and internship preparation, student and residence life, meal plans, financial aid, and payment options. Our team of admissions representatives will also be available to have individual conversations with families to answer all of your questions regarding financial aid and more.

You will provide additional information about yourself regarding your academic major (it is OK if you are undecided) and interests outside of the classroom. We will use this information to place you into your official Carthage class schedule. Students will be placed into courses in May by the date order of the Firebird Launch events, and your official fall 2025 class schedule will be available in early summer. You will leave with your Carthage ID card and email address.
