Music Audition Form

An audition is required for admittance into the music major or minor, and for scholarship consideration. Auditions will be in 4-hour blocks in either the morning or the afternoon. The 2024-25 auditions will be held on the following dates:

*If you are unable to meet at the dates listed, please select "Other Date", below, and explain your situation. We will respond via email and work out an alternative.

Completing an audition does not commit you to attending Carthage.
